Unique Chiropractic Office Opens Offering Memberships for Chiropractic Care for the Entire Family

Petaluma, CA – Basin Street Properties, a prominent Northern California real estate investor and developer of commercial and mixed-use properties, has signed a lease with Acorn Chiropractic Club for 1,015 square feet in its premiere Theatre District building in Petaluma announced Scott Stranzl, Vice President of Leasing for Basin Street Properties. Acorn Chiropractic Club offers monthly and annual memberships for gentle, effective chiropractic care for both pediatric and adult members.

“Acorn definitely rounds out the service offering at the center,” said Stranzl. “The community can truly enjoy a wide variety of office and retail establishments in the heart of the Theatre District of Petaluma.” Representing Basin Street Properties was Sara Wann and Rhonda Deringer of Keegan & Coppin Company while Acorn Chiropractic Club was represented by Kathryn Santos of Pacific Union.

Founded earlier this year by Dr. Matt and Dr. Jen Santos, both licensed chiropractors, Acorn Chiropractic Club specializes in gentle chiropractic techniques that are safe and effective for the whole family including kids, babies and pregnant women. The husband and wife team are committed to making chiropractic care affordable for the entire family so they offer a unique payment system which allows everyone to get regular care for a low monthly fee, insurance is not required.

“Previously, we shared an office with another chiropractor, but we are excited to have our own space with room to grow,” said Dr. Matt. “Our new office allows us the flexibility to expand and better serve our practice members.” Acorn Chiropractic Club anticipates opening in mid to late October 2014.

Dr. Matt went on to explain, “We picked this location because we felt that it represented us and our brand of chiropractic care. We are excited to become a part of historic downtown Petaluma and the surrounding community.”

Theatre District Retail consists of ground floor retail and office space located in the heart of the Theatre District. The building consists of approximately 30,000 square feet of retail and office space and is served by the 530-stall parking garage immediately above the project.
