Sacramento, CA (September 23, 2019) – Basin Street Properties, a prominent Northern California and Northern Nevada real estate investor and developer, has signed a lease with Remi for 1,105 square feet at Point West Corporate Center in Sacramento, California.

“We’re excited to move into our new offices at Point West Corporate Center,” said Mike Shroyer, General Manager of the West Region for Remi. “The onsite amenities including a fitness center, shaded courtyard and the new Tupi Coffee Cafe are great benefits for our team and Arden Fair Mall is just across the street.”

Remi is a leading provider of Equipment Maintenance Management Programs (EMMP) for the healthcare, higher education, government and commercial market segments nationwide. Since 1998, Remi has saved customers more than $220 million, reducing a client’s cost of maintaining its portfolio of equipment while delivering improved equipment performance, reducing equipment downtime and enhancing customer satisfaction.

“Remi is an excellent addition to our tenant family at Point West Corporate Center,” said Scott Stranzl, Chief Portfolio Officer for Basin Street Properties. “Their services are in demand throughout the Sacramento region and they have room to grow and thrive at Point West.”

Point West Corporate Center is a 150,357 square foot office campus that is part of Basin Street’s Point West Portfolio. The project, like others in the Point West market, benefits from extraordinary regional access and amenities.

The Point West community is located approximately four miles northeast of downtown Sacramento, directly adjacent to the Capital City Freeway. The Point West area is a well-established commercial and residential district offering exceptional shopping, dining and office destinations for the greater Sacramento region.  Given the area’s easy freeway access, central location, and diverse mix of suburban residential, commercial and residential uses, it has been identified as a future site for additional development.

About Remi:
Remi’s Equipment Maintenance Management Program (EMMP) replaces multiple service agreements and extended warranties with one agreement that costs less and is more flexible than the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or Independent Service Organization agreement.
