RENO, NV – Basin Street Properties has appointed commercial development veteran Par Tolles, CCIM, as President of the company, effective July 1st.  Tolles will oversee corporate operations in Reno as well as the three regional offices located in Sacramento, CA, Petaluma, CA and Santa Rosa, CA. Matt White will be the company’s Chief Executive Officer and remain active in the vision, financial planning and development for the firm.

Tolles joined Basin Street in the spring of 2011 as COO and CFO, bringing more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to Basin Street Properties, Tolles was president of Dermody Properties where he oversaw the corporate operations in six regional offices and led the planning and development activity for the company.  He held a significant leadership role during his nearly 15-year tenure with the Trammell Crow Company (TCC), most notably as the principal of the state of Nevada and as the managing director for CBRE Northern Nevada, then the parent company of TCC.
