NEW LEASE: Bridge Home Health Signs Lease for 2,424 S.F. at Stony Point Campus

Basin Street is pleased to announce that Bridge Home Health has signed a lease for 2,424 S.F. at our Stony Point Campus.

Bridge Home Health and Hospice is committed to providing the highest quality home-based patient care in an atmosphere of respect for human dignity. Their highly trained clinicians and therapists strive to exceed the expectations of their patients, families, caregivers and physicians.The Stony Point Campus is a collection of four Class A office buildings located on a beautiful three-acre man-made lake with glass block fountains, walking paths and dramatic water displays.  The buildings offer extensive glass lines and oak trim finishes.  These four buildings were built between 1990-2001 and considered the “premier” office park within Santa Rosa.  The project is known for its unique campus-like environment, institutional-quality construction, and central location near both employee and executive residences. The property also benefits from its immediate proximity to Highways 101 and 12, public transportation and onsite amenities.

This new lease is part of encouraging Q4 leasing activity across the North Bay.  This includes 7 new leases totaling 28,048 square feet and 12 renewals totaling 46,149 square feet.  We continue to see solid activity in Petaluma and Santa Rosa despite COVID-19’s challenges and closures.  We are grateful for our brokers continued strategic thinking and untiring efforts.
