NEW LEASE: Adobe Creek Brewery Leases 1,145 SQ.FT. At Petaluma Theatre Square

We are pleased to announce that Adobe Creek Brewery has leased 1,145 SQ. FT. at 140 2nd Street in Petaluma Theatre Square.

Based out of Marin County, Adobe Creek Brewing has been in production since March of 2017.  The batches are small and focus on flavors that will refresh your senses and rejuvenate your soul. They currently brew styles with lots of hop forward flavors and aromas as well as clean tasting lagers that will quench any thirst.

Adobe Creek Brewery is one of six retail businesses opening this year in the Theatre District. The delicious Tortilla Real opened its doors at Petaluma Town Center.  The talented women of Sugar Petaluma Salon have opened in the Theatre District Garage Retail.  Erick Chavez will open his second HD Barber Studio location at Theatre Square this Summer.  Urban Deli and their freshly baked bread and delicious sandwiches will open in the square this June.  Finally the much anticipated Sol Food will be opening in Theatre Square later in 2021. While the pandemic has dragged on, it is exciting to see new businesses moving forward and looking to the future. 

Theatre Square is a three-story mixed-use project located at the corner of Petaluma Boulevard and D Street Immediately across from the Boulevard Cinemas, it’s in the heart of the highly desirable Theatre District. The first floor consists of street front retail space with ample parking in an adjacent 530-stall parking garage as well as on both First and Second Streets as well as C Street. The area offers a variety of boutiques and restaurants that feature open-air café seating in the plaza around a lovely fountain. It’s a lovely pedestrian-friendly environment next to the city’s only movie theater and the beautiful Petaluma River.
