High-Growth, High-Tech Firm Establishes Petaluma Office

Petaluma, CA – Basin Street Properties, a prominent Northern California real estate investor and developer of commercial and mixed-use properties, has signed a lease with TelePacific Communications for 3,417 square feet in its Waterfront Office Building in Petaluma, announced Scott Stranzl, Vice President of Leasing for Basin Street Properties. TelePacific Communications provides comprehensive connectivity, cloud and continuity solutions to companies based in California, Nevada and Texas.

“TelePacific Communications speaks to the viability of their business model,” said Stranzl. “They focus on making sure business communications systems run without interruption and are helping demystify the cloud to make cutting-edge technology useful, safe and effective.” Representing Basin Street Properties was Tony Sarno of Cushman & Wakefield while TelePacific Communications was represented by Ed Grammens, also of Cushman & Wakefield.

Founded in 1998 by a group of investors who saw the opportunity to succeed in the business-to-business communications market by focusing on customer service and responsiveness, TelePacific Communications has today grown to 1,550 employees. TelePacific Communications anticipates being up and running in the Waterfront Office Building in November. Waterfront Office Building is a three-story, 50,755 square foot Class A office building located in the downtown Petaluma Theatre District. The property is served by a 530-stall parking garage one block from the property and on-street parking along 1st Street and overlooks the Petaluma River.
