Petaluma, CA – Basin Street Properties, a prominent Northern California real estate investor and developer of commercial and mixed-use properties, has signed a lease with TelePacific Communications for 3,417 square feet in its Waterfront Office Building in Petaluma, announced Scott Stranzl, Vice President of Leasing for Basin Street Properties. TelePacific Communications provides comprehensive connectivity, cloud and continuity solutions to companies based in California, Nevada and Texas.

The property is served by a 530-stall parking garage one block from the property and on-street parking along 1st Street and overlooks the Petaluma River.
