Firm specializing in unique approach to real estate investments opens new office in Santa Rosa

Santa Rosa, CA – Basin Street Properties, a prominent Northern California real estate investor and developer of commercial and mixed-use properties, has signed a lease with Praxis Capital, LLC for 1,926 square feet in its Fountaingrove Center in Santa Rosa, announced Scott Stranzl, Vice President of Leasing for Basin Street Properties. Praxis Capital is a real estate private equity investment firm that helps clients build wealth through quality real estate investments.
“Praxis Capital offers a unique investment approach in real estate,” said Stranzl. “Being in the real estate industry ourselves, we are excited to have a tenant like Praxis Capital and see the value they bring to the market by offering their clients strategic, out-of-the-box investment opportunities.” Shawn Johnson of Keegan & Coppin represented both Praxis Capital and Basin Street Properties in the transaction.
