Chief Probation Officers of California Signs Lease at Gateway Oaks

Basin Street Properties, a prominent real estate investment, development, and management firm, is pleased to announce Chief Probation Officers of California (CPOC) has signed a 2,053 square foot lease at 2150 River Plaza Drive at Gateway Oaks in Sacramento, California. Basin Street has completed 16 new leases for 62,374 square feet at Gateway Oaks since their Q1 2022 acquisition.
