BCD Bioscience Signs 9,137 Square Foot Lease at Capitol Oaks

Basin Street Properties, a prominent real estate investment, development, and management firm, is pleased to announce emerging biotechnology firm BCD Bioscience has signed a 9,137 square foot lease at 2535 Capitol Oaks in Sacramento, California.

BCD Bioscience explores the natural world to discover new and diverse sources of carbohydrates – mining their unique chemistry and developing innovative applications for health and nutrition. BCD is a fast-paced, emerging biotechnology spinout from UC Davis creating ingredients for food and biopharmaceutical applications. BCD uses proprietary technology to create novel oligosaccharides from natural products, with a focus on producing ingredients that beneficially modulate the microbiome and immune function.
