Basin Street Properties Completes Seven New Deals in 2023 In Sacramento’s Point West Submarket

Basin Street Properties, a prominent real estate investment, development, and management firm, is pleased to announce the completion of seven new deals totaling 36,278 square feet of activity in 2023 in the Point West submarket. Basin Street’s buildings in the Point West submarket consists of 1545 River Park Drive, 1610 Arden Way and 1601 Response Road.

The seven new office leases signed in 2023 totaling 36,278 square feet include Keplr Vision, Collins Ritchie & Ervin, LLP, CLAS Information Services, Optum Serve, Covered Sacramento, Law Offices of Bobby P. Luna and Pacific Charter Institute.
“It’s encouraging to see activity across a variety of sectors, with new tenants in healthcare, law, education and information services.” said Stranzl. “Yes, some work behaviors are changing, but a quality office for teams to connect and collaborate remains in demand.”
Point West is approximately four miles northeast of downtown Sacramento, directly adjacent to the Capital City Freeway. Given the area’s easy freeway access, central location, and diverse mix of suburban residential, commercial, and residential uses, it has been identified as a future site for additional development. Interstate 80 provides access to downtown, westerly access to the San Francisco Bay area and easterly access to Sacramento’s suburbs. Interstate 5 offers access north from the portfolio to the Sacramento airport approximately 20 minutes, as well as access to the Central Valley.
