Basin Street Properties is pleased to announce JLL Vice President, Daniel Baker, has been named our Broker of the Quarter for Q2 2026. This quarterly recognition honors exceptional brokers whose professionalism, collaboration, and commitment to excellence reflect the highest standards in commercial real estate. In recognition of this achievement, a $1,500 donation will be made to the Point West Rotary Club Foundation, Daniel’s charity of choice.

Daniel specializes in office leasing and sales throughout the greater Sacramento region, bringing more than 20 years of commercial real estate brokerage experience to every client engagement. He provides comprehensive advisory services, including lease analysis, portfolio evaluation, property acquisitions and dispositions, and strategic marketing initiatives. Over the course of his career, Daniel has successfully negotiated more than 15 million square feet of sale and lease transactions, representing many of Sacramento’s leading businesses and numerous Fortune 500 companies.

Known for his consultative approach, Daniel takes the time to understand each client’s business objectives before developing customized real estate strategies that deliver long-term value. His deep market knowledge, strategic insight, and commitment to building lasting relationships have earned him the trust of clients and industry partners throughout the Sacramento region.

Outside of his role at JLL, Daniel enjoys spending time with his wife and two active children and pursuing outdoor activities including hiking, skiing, cycling, and fishing. He has been an active member of the Rotary Club of Point West in Sacramento since 2008 and currently serves on its Board of Directors, helping support charitable organizations that benefit children throughout the community.
