Basin Street Properties is pleased to announce CBRE’s First Vice President, Nate Cyphers, has been named our Broker of the Quarter for Q4 2023. This quarterly award, presented by Basin Street Properties, recognizes outstanding brokers with whom we are privileged to collaborate, acknowledging their noteworthy contributions to our industry, communities, and the success of Basin Street. A $1,500 contribution to Nate’s foundation of choice, Big Brothers Big Sisters of The Greater Sacramento Area accompanies the award.

For over 16 years, Nate has represented Fortune 500 and regional based leaders, many of the Sacramento region’s largest occupiers of Office and R&D space. He is a key member of CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services – Occupier Practice Group, where he provides in-depth knowledge and a wide range of expertise in strategic CRE advisory services. Nate has completed over 600 real estate lease transactions totaling more than 6 million square feet during his tenure with CBRE. Prior to CBRE, Nate was a key member of Panasonic’s global ACOM division, where his challenges and experiences included navigating through one of the largest global electronic component shortages in three decades.
