Founded in 1989 and based out of Petaluma, CamelBak is the global leader in personal hydration gear. CamelBak was created when Micheal Eidson competed in a 100-mile race in the grueling summer heat of Wichita Falls, Texas. Water is vital to surviving such a race. Eidson, an emergency medical technician by trade, decided to fill an IV bag with water and slip it into a white tube sock, creating a hands free hydration pack

and forever changing the way people hydrate and perform. Dedicated to finding unusual solutions to common problems, CamelBak continues to build upon its years of experience and push the hydration boundaries.
