We are pleased to announce Tortilla Real has leased 1,767 SQ. FT. at Petaluma Town Center.

Tortilla Real’s culinary roots go back to a big family and warm kitchen in Guadalajara, Jalisco, where our mom and grandmothers gave us a taste for cooking from scratch. No matter how early or late the meal was– the tortillas would be made by hand, and the salsas carefully crafted to bring out the flavor. To this day, our favorite foods, including homemade Carnitas and Birria Tapatia, are among the most time-consuming to prepare; but that is what makes them delicious.

“We always wanted to open a restaurant that captured the real flavor of Mexico. ‘Homemade and deeply personal.'”

Petaluma Town Center consists of two adjoining buildings totaling 43,341 square feet. The center has a premier location in the heart of the Theatre District in historic downtown Petaluma. The north side of the project is a 1920’s era brick building that has a true Petaluma panache. The southern section is a modern cinema building containing 14 state-of-the-art theaters with luxury electric recliner seating and upscale beer, wine and food on the menu. All of this is situated in an extremely high-traffic, high visibility, pedestrian-friendly environment with abundant parking available.

John Schaefer and Javiera Pierattini of Jones Lang LaSalle represented Basin Street Properties. Tasha Delancy of Vanguard Properties represented Tortilla Real.

Thank you John, Javiera, and Tasha for helping Basin Street and our tenants succeed.
