Summit Funding opens new offices in Basin Street Properties’ Petaluma Marina Business Center

Petaluma, CA (date May 9, 2016) – Basin Street Properties, a prominent Northern California real estate investor and developer, has signed a lease for 3,074 square feet with Summit Funding in its Petaluma Marina Business Center. Summit Funding (NMLS ID# 3199, an approved equal housing lender) is a full service mortgage lender with an experienced staff offering guidance in every area of mortgage lending, from purchase to refinance to construction lending.  Brent Blaustein (NMLS ID# 282805, CA BRE ID# 01404588) heads up Summit Funding’s Petaluma office.

When asked what prompted the move, Brent replied, “Growth!  We outgrew our current downtown Petaluma office, and needed to accommodate our ever expanding team while.  Plus, our new location provides easy customer access off Highway 101 and 116 and all the amenities we need.  We started out a small office of three only a few short years ago, now we’re nine team members strong, and still growing!  Thanks to our amazing client base here in Petaluma and the surrounding Sonoma and Marin Counties.”

Under Brent’s direction mortgage brokers and financial consultants will be working out of this office, helping guide our neighbors in Sonoma and Marin Counties to achieve their financial goals and dreams of homeownership. “Thanks to a robust economy, interest rates are perfect for first time home purchases and refinancing,” said Brent. “The forecast for a strong real estate market and current lower interest rates fosters growth in Sonoma County, and Summit Funding is here to help in that endeavor.”

Petaluma Marina Business Center consists of three, 3-story office buildings with approximately 116,380 square feet. It is located at the junction of Lakeville Highway 116 and Highway 101 overlooking the Petaluma River Marina.  The location offers beautiful mountain and water views from most suites. There are also miles of walking and biking trails in the adjacent 300-acre Shollenberger Park.
