Santa Rosa, CA (date August 14, 2017) – Basin Street Properties, a prominent Northern California real estate investor and developer, has signed a lease with Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital for a 10,064 square feet at Stony Point Circle in Santa Rosa.

“We are very pleased to have Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital join us as a tenant,” said Scott Stranzl, Vice President of Leasing for Basin Street Properties. “They have a well-established history of strengthening our community through compassionate healthcare and high-quality medical services.
