San Francisco Fintech Start-up Opens Downtown Reno Offices at 200 South Virginia

Basin Street Properties, a prominent northern Nevada and northern California real estate investment, development, and management firm, is pleased to announce fintech start-up Kikoff has signed a lease at 200 South Virginia in the heart of downtown Reno. We have now completed 14 leases in the downtown core, totaling 30,435 square feet of new activity in 2021.
In addition to three new spec suites at 200 South Virginia, which were leased prior to completion, Basin Street Properties has leased a total of 8,529 square feet to three different tech companies in Q4 of 2021. This reflects the ongoing migration of quality companies from California and the continued growth of tech in the Reno area over the past few years.
