(Reno, NV)-  Regional Alliance of Downtown (RAD) announced today that Frank Marinello will be joining the Board of Directors.

Marinello is the vice president of development for Basin Street Properties, where he is responsible for the assessment and evaluation of new projects. He oversees the initial phases of ground-up development. Marinello has been with Basin Street Properties since 1994. Since then, he has overseen acquisitions totaling more than $500 million. Marinello earned his bachelors degree in business administration from Chico State. He has served on many boards including as an executive member of Innovate North State, a non-profit Regional Economic Development Company.

RAD Reno is focused on identifying and influencing issues necessary to create a diverse, prosperous, safe and clean urban core for downtown Reno, Nevada.
