NEW LEASE: Sugar Petaluma salon leases 1,614 SQ.FT. at Petaluma Garage Retail

We are excited to announce that Sugar Petaluma salon has signed a lease for 1,614 Sq. Ft. at Petaluma Garage Retail.Sugar Petaluma is a beauty salon that was built on the belief that artistry, creativity and real beauty emanate from within. Their intention is to create a destination for an experience that nurtures a sense of wellness, self-love, confidence and connectedness. They strive to empower, evolve, and above all create the sweetest hair around! The Retail Shops consists of ground floor retail and office space located in the heart of the desirable Theatre District in downtown Petaluma. The complex offers 28,751 square feet of retail suites plus a 530-stall parking garage immediately above. In addition to the garage, there is on-street parking available on both First and Second Streets as well as C Street. This extremely high-traffic, high visibility, pedestrian-friendly environment is adjacent to a 12-screen theater.

This new lease is part of encouraging Q4 leasing activity across the North Bay.  This includes 7 new leases totaling 28,048 square feet and 12 renewals totaling 46,149 square feet.  We continue to see solid activity in Petaluma and Santa Rosa despite COVID-19’s challenges and closures.  We are grateful for our brokers continued strategic thinking and untiring efforts.
