NEW LEASE: PetIQ Leases 14,342 SQ.FT. at Petaluma Business Center

We are excited to announce that PetIQ has signed a lease for 14,342 square feet at Petaluma Business Center.

PetIQ is an advocate for all Pet Parents. They believe that all pet parents should be able to provide necessary care that enhances the lives of their pets. That starts by educating their audience on the importance of preventive veterinary care—and by giving pet parents convenient access to affordable veterinary services and a broad portfolio of pet health and wellness products to keep their pets happy and healthy all year long.

Petaluma Business Center is a four-building project totaling 213,210 square feet that is positioned next to Highway 101 offering excellent freeway visibility. All four buildings are single-story office/flex space offering abundant on-site parking. Suite options have high ceilings, are fiber optic ready and can include exterior covered recessed loading docks and roll-up doors.
