NEW LEASE: Geodesy Wine signs lease for 3,471 R.S.F at Fountaingrove Executive Center

We are pleased to announce that Geodesy Wine has leased 3,471 SQ. FT. at 3700 Old Redwood Highway in the Fountaingrove Executive Center. 

Geodesy Wine was founded in gratitude, with the sole purpose of advancing the next generation of women in agriculture. Exquisite, micro-lot wines from their stunning estate vineyards, reflect their vision for authenticity, quality, and legacy. Their profits support their WG Edge program that connects their “Edgers” with a multi-generational village of teachers, mentors, and internship sponsors who guide, support, and open doors for them. Their hope is that these young women will play a significant role in helping agriculture in our region thrive.Fountaingrove Executive Center is a 2-story Class A office building totaling 37,428 square feet. Perched on a hillside, it is one of the premier office buildings in Sonoma County and the prestigious Fountaingrove submarket. The property has excellent identity and visibility from Highway 101 and includes outstanding signage.

This new lease is part of encouraging Q4 leasing activity across the North Bay.  This includes 7 new leases totaling 28,048 square feet and 12 renewals totaling 46,149 square feet.  We continue to see solid activity in Petaluma and Santa Rosa despite COVID-19’s challenges and closures.  We are grateful for our brokers continued strategic thinking and untiring efforts.
