Founded as a neighborhood bridal salon in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, in 1950, David’s Bridal is now an international wedding dress destination with more than 330 stores throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, and the United Kingdom. Hidden Valley Tech Center is comprised of five one-story buildings totaling approximately 129,767 square feet. This mixed-use business park has Class A flex, office and retail showroom space with excellent visibility to McCarran Blvd. There is abundant on-site parking throughout the complex with a wide variety of uses preapproved.
