NEW LEASE: CalMHSA Signs Lease For 12,414 SQ.FT. At Point West Corporate Center

|We are pleased to announce that the California Mental Health Services Authority has signed a lease for 12,414 SQ.FT. at Point West Corporate Center.|
CalMHSA pioneers cutting edge research, providing counties an independent administrative and fiscal intergovernmental structure. They help fund, develop, and implement mental health services and educational programs at the state, regional, and local levels. A central component of CalMHSA‘s vision is to continually promote systems and services arising from a commitment to community mental health, and to the values of the California Mental Health Services Act.
Point West Corporate Center is a 150,357 square foot office campus that is part of Basin Street’s Point West Portfolio. The project, like others in the Point West market, benefits from extraordinary regional access and amenities.
The Point West community is located approximately five miles northeast of downtown Sacramento, directly adjacent to the Capital City Freeway. The Point West area is a well-established commercial and residential district offering exceptional shopping, dining and office destinations for the greater Sacramento region. Given the area’s easy freeway access, central location, and diverse mix of suburban residential, commercial and residential uses, it has been identified as a future site for additional development.
