National E&S Insurance Brokers Move from California to Downtown Reno

Basin Street Properties, a prominent Northern Nevada real estate investor and developer, has signed a lease with National E & S Insurance Brokers for 2,123 SQ.FT. at 200 South Virginia in downtown Reno.

This is part of the continued diversification of businesses that have moved to Reno. National E&S Insurance Brokers’ new lease is one of three recently signed leases in downtown Reno, totally 5,099 SQ.FT. of new space.
