Basin Street Properties, a prominent northern Nevada and northern California real estate investment, development, and management firm, is pleased to announce orthopedic surgery medical device manufacturer Maruho Medical has signed a lease at their Mill@McCarran flex office project. Signing Maruho Medical brings the project to 100% occupancy.

Since 2018, Maruho Medical has been dedicated to helping surgeons by providing innovative technology to improve sports medicine outcomes. They offer medical device solutions that are highly effective, dependable, simple to use, and cost-efficient. Currently, Maruho Medical has a broad range of orthopedic surgery products to support arthroscopic surgery of the shoulder, knee, hip, and extremities.
