Basin Street Properties, a prominent real estate investment, development, and management firm, is pleased to announce Luminary Brands has signed an 8,223 square foot lease at Theatre District Shops in downtown Petaluma.

“We’re excited to open our new office at Theatre District Shops in downtown Petaluma,” said Tim Schaeffer, Chief Executive Officer at Luminary Brands. “We’re thrilled to call this beautiful space our new home and be a part of the vibrant Petaluma community. The energy is inspiring, and we can’t wait to grow and thrive alongside our neighbors.”

Luminary Brands began as a passion project when Adam and Allison Grossman founded The Seaweed Bath Co. in 2010, inspired by the healing powers of the ocean and a desire to create natural skincare solutions. As the brand flourished, Seaweed Bath Co. sought to expand its platform, acquiring Andalou Naturals and Mineral Fusion to offer a broader range of natural beauty solutions and create Luminary Brands.
At Luminary Brands, their expertise is sustainable beauty solutions that prioritize efficacy and ethical sourcing. They are dedicated to fostering a vibrant, positive impact in the personal care space by offering natural products that empower people to look and feel their best.

The Theatre District Shops consists of ground floor retail and office space located in the heart of the desirable Theatre District in downtown Petaluma. The complex offers 28,751 square feet of retail suites plus a 530-stall parking garage immediately above. In addition to the garage, there is on-street parking available on both First and Second Streets as well as C Street. This high-traffic, high visibility, pedestrian-friendly environment is adjacent to a 12-screen theater.

“We’re happy to welcome Luminary Brands to our property and to Petaluma,” said Scott Stranzl, Chief Portfolio Officer at Basin Street Properties. “We’re confident they’ll love the space, surrounded by the walkable amenities of downtown Petaluma and its thriving community.”
