Kindred at Home Moves Offices to Petaluma’s Redwood Business Park
Petaluma, CA (June 4, 2019) – Basin Street Properties, a prominent Northern Nevada real estate investor and developer, has signed a lease with Kindred at Home for 4,743 SQ. FT. at 5341 Old Redwood Highway in the Sequoia Center at Redwood Business Park.
“We are pleased to have Kindred at Home join us as a tenant.” said Scott Stranzl, Vice President of Leasing at Basin Street Properties. “They have a well-established history of strengthening communities through compassionate healthcare and high-quality medical services. We are excited to provide Kindred at Home an office environment that will encourage their growth and success for years to come.” The Sequoia Center location will be for administration and management and not provide patient healthcare services.
“Petaluma is an ideal location for our new administrative offices,” said Kelly Sleeter, Kindred at Home’s Area Executive Director for Sonoma and Marin Counties. “The new offices bring multiple internal groups together in this modern floorplan, enabling better internal communication and collaboration, which ultimately flows to our clients and improves their experience working with us.” Petaluma is in the heart of Sonoma County and a central location for Kindred’s employees.
Sequoia Center at Redwood Business Park consists of one 4-story and one 3-story Class A office buildings totaling 138,656 square feet. The Center offers a campus-like setting around a landscaped pond with beautiful walking paths. Close proximity to Highway 101 provides an opportunity for high visibility building signage. The Center features ample free parking for employees and clients plus an automated card key system for safe after-hour access.
Representing Basin Street Properties was Chris Tewhill, Tony Sarno, and Jordan Lazor of Jones Lang LaSalle and representing Kindred at Home was Jimmy Armistead of Jones Lang LaSalle.
