Kam-Way Transportation Expands Sacramento Operations with New Office at 8950 California Center

Basin Street Properties, a prominent real estate investment, development, and management firm, is pleased to announce that Kam-Way Transportation has signed a lease at 8950 California Center in Sacramento, California. Kam-Way is part of 18,056 square feet of new leasing activity in 2026, bringing 8950 California Center to 93% occupancy.
