We are pleased to announce that Johnson Schachter & Lewis has signed a lease for 4,114 SQ.FT. at Point West Commerce Centre.

Johnson Schachter & Lewis has provided legal services to public and private entities, self-insureds, insurance carriers, JPAs, and educational institutions for more than 35 years. They have the experience and expertise of a large firm with the responsiveness, personalized service, and affordability of a smaller firm. Point West Commerce Centre is a Class A, 121,605 square foot office campus that is part of Basin Street’s Point West Portfolio.

The Point West community is located approximately five miles northeast of downtown Sacramento, directly adjacent to the Capital City Freeway. The Point West area is a well-established commercial and residential district offering exceptional shopping, dining, and office destinations for the greater Sacramento region.  Given the area’s easy freeway access, central location, and diverse mix of suburban residential, commercial and residential uses, it has been identified as a future site for additional development.
