Basin Street Properties, a prominent real estate investment, development, and management firm, is pleased to announce Granite Construction has signed a long-term lease for 8,966 square feet at Point West Corporate Center in Sacramento, California.

Granite Construction is a joint venture partner in American River Constructors (ARC) which will rehabilitate the American River Bridge between downtown and eastern Sacramento. This project will replace the existing concrete deck, widen the bridge to accommodate traffic during construction, and create a class 1 bike path along the bridge that will connect to existing trails.
