We are excited to announce Graceful Kitchen Café opened a new location inside Point West Corporate Center at 1610 Arden Way, in Sacramento. This is their second Sacramento location. Graceful Kitchen Café opened this new venue Thursday, August 8th and is now open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

“We are thrilled to open our second café location at another Basin Street Properties office building,” said Alex Xiong, Owner and General Manager of Graceful Kitchen Café. “The success of our first location at Harvard Park inspired us to expand at 1610 Arden Way.”

Graceful Kitchen Café was a concept that originated in late 2022 and became a reality in early 2023. Owner and General Manager, Alex’s decision to create the café was ultimately motivated by his love of food, spontaneity, and a childhood rich in delicious flavors and aromas. His mother, aunt, and grandma are his three main sources of inspiration. The goal at Graceful Kitchen Café is to make the best feel-good food. They want to provide a homey atmosphere with a sentimental, yet bold approach to the food they serve. Café specialties include hot and cold coffee drinks, teas, smoothies and a variety of baked goods and sandwiches.

Point West Corporate Center, located at 1610 Arden Way is a 150,357 square foot office campus that is part of Basin Street’s Point West Portfolio. The project, like others in the Point West market, benefits from extraordinary regional access and amenities. The Point West community is located approximately four miles northeast of downtown Sacramento, directly adjacent to the Capital City Freeway.
