Santa Rosa, CA – Basin Street Properties, a prominent Northern California real estate investor and developer of commercial and mixed-use properties, has signed a lease with Regus for 12,880 square feet in its Fountaingrove Center in Santa Rosa, announced Scott Stranzl, Vice President of Leasing for Basin Street Properties. The center is slated to open January 2015.
