Santa Rosa, CA (September 3, 2019) – Basin Street Properties, a prominent Northern California and Northern Nevada real estate investor and developer, has signed a lease with Dripless, Inc. for 1,283 square feet at Waterfall Towers in Santa Rosa, California.
“We’re excited to move into our new offices at Waterfall Towers,” said Tom Allen, Director for Dripless, Inc. “We really like the office campus feel and the nearby amenities. It also gives us room to grow.”
Dripless, Inc. was established in 1991 when a San Francisco Bay Area marketing firm bought local painter Gary Finnegan’s unique patented caulking gun. They, in turn, took the Dripless Caulk Gun nationwide, eventually expanding the line to over 30 models. It has been, and continues to be, quality innovation at its best. Today Dripless sells their patented line across North America as well as over a dozen countries around the world. Thanks to the creative genius of Gary Finnegan, and their dedicated staff, Dripless enjoys a piece of the American dream as they continue to develop and introduce new, innovative, high-quality tools to their markets.
“Dripless is an excellent addition to the Waterfall Towers tenant community,” said Scott Stranzl, Chief Portfolio Officer for Basin Street Properties. “They have an innovative product line and a capable team, and we look forward to seeing them grow here.”
Waterfall Towers is a 3-building complex totaling 95,056 square feet of Class A office space. The campus, located in the Eastside submarket, is situated on over five acres overlooking the hills of Santa Rosa. Situated in a park-like setting, it features a lake and dramatic fountain that creates a picturesque work environment.
Representing both Basin Street Properties and Dripless, Inc. was Barry Palma of Newmark Knight Frank. Thank you, Barry for helping our tenants and Basin Street succeed.
