City of Rancho Cordova Recognizes Basin Street Properties
City issues proclamation recognizing Basin Street’s improvements and new amenities at White Rock Corporate Campus.
Rancho Cordova, CA (January 11, 2019) – The City of Rancho Cordova issued a proclamation December 3rd, recognizing Basin Street Properties, a prominent Northern California and Northern Nevada real estate investor and developer, for its property improvements and new amenities at White Rock Corporate Campus in Rancho Cordova.
“The City of Rancho Cordova has been an excellent civic partner in our improvement and rebranding efforts,” said Frank Marinello, Vice President of Development at Basin Street Properties. “They are passionate about building a prosperous and thriving community and they were timely and diligent in helping us solve problems and successfully rebrand and improve the White Rock Corporate Campus.”
Basin Street purchased the former Prospect Green Campus in January 2018 and rebranded the five building, 518,000 square foot, 33-acre campus as White Rock Corporate Campus. New amenities at the campus include volleyball courts, expanded fitness center, conference room and lounge, enhanced walking paths, bike sharing and picnic areas.
The proclamation states, “We appreciate Basin Street’s drive and dedication to create cutting edge, desirable office real estate to continue to attract the region’s brightest and best companies and employees to Rancho Cordova.” The proclamation was signed by Rancho Cordova Mayor Linda Budge.
White Rock Corporate Campus consists of five Class A buildings (three Energy Star certified, and two LEED certified), in an office campus environment and benefits from extraordinary regional access and amenities. Originally designed and developed by David Taylor as a campus for E*TRADE, it is now home to regional office for NEC Solutions America, Federated Insurance and Liberty Financial Home Equity.
The White Rock campus provides features not found anywhere else in the Sacramento Region and closely resembles campuses in the Silicon Valley, including a redwood park with walking paths lined by sycamore trees, outdoor seating, and benches at its center. It is part of Rancho Cordova’s Prospect Green office area, the region’s largest master planned office park, representing over 20,000 jobs.
