CASS Moves Offices to New Offices at Point West Commerce Centre in Sacramento

Basin Street Properties, a prominent real estate investment, development, and management firm, is pleased to announce CASS (Cooperative Agriculture Support Services Authority) has signed a 2,483 square foot lease at Point West Commerce Centre, 1545 River Park Drive in Sacramento.

The Cooperative Agricultural Support Services Authority is a public agency based in Sacramento, California. It collaborates with state and county entities and the agricultural sector to protect the food supply, environment, and economic sustainability of agriculture. CASS provides services such as agricultural commodity grading and emergency pest detection. It aims to support agricultural operations through effective programs tailored to meet specific project needs.
Point West Commerce Centre at 1545 River Park Drive is a Class A, 121,605 square foot office campus that is part of Basin Street’s Point West Portfolio. The Point West community is located approximately five miles northeast of downtown Sacramento, directly adjacent to the Capital City Freeway. The Point West area is a well-established commercial and residential district offering exceptional shopping, dining and office destinations for the greater Sacramento region.
