Brazilian Tupi Coffee Arrives at Point West
Sacramento, CA (April 17, 2019) – Basin Street Properties, a prominent Northern Nevada real estate investor and developer, has signed a lease with Tupi Coffee in its café venue at Point West Corporate Center.
“We are excited to bring high quality, authentic Brazilian coffee and food to the Point West community” said Tupi Coffee Owner, Eduardo Faustino. Tupi Coffee has a passion for Brazilian coffee and cuisine that will be a great addition to Point West. Exceptional Brazilian coffee beans, espresso, pour overs and a variety of delicious Brazilian foods including esfihas, acai, pão de queijo, coxinha and torta de frango will draw customers from throughout the Point West community.
“Our tenants will love having a new and delicious cafe on-site.” said Scott Stranzl, Vice President of Leasing for Basin Street Properties. “Eduardo knows his coffee and Brazilian food, and I think Tupi Coffee will bring in customers from offices all over Point West.”
Point West Corporate Center is a 150,357 square foot office campus that is part of Basin Street’s Point West Portfolio. The project, like others in the Point West market, benefits from extraordinary regional access and amenities.
The Point West community is located approximately four miles northeast of downtown Sacramento, directly adjacent to the Capital City Freeway. The Point West area is a well-established commercial and residential district offering exceptional shopping, dining and office destinations for the greater Sacramento region. Given the area’s easy freeway access, central location, and diverse mix of suburban residential, commercial and residential uses, it has been identified as a future site for additional development.
Representing Basin Street Properties was Kirk Lange and Todd Eschelman from Newmark Cornish and Carey and representing Tupi Coffee was Ken Turton of Turton Commercial Real Estate.
