Berlin Masonry Opens New Office at Waterfall Towers in Santa Rosa

Basin Street Properties, a prominent real estate investment, development, and management firm, is pleased to announce Berlin Masonry Inc. has signed a lease at Waterfall Towers in Santa Rosa.

Berlin Masonry is a second-generation masonry company with a rich history dating back to 1951, when it was founded by Steve’s father Herbert Berlin. The company, now led by Steve Berlin, has been a cornerstone in the Bay Area’s masonry Industry, particularly known for its expertise in stonework. Over the decades, Berlin Masonry has contributed to a wide range of high-profile projects, including luxury residences and renowned wineries like Vérité Winery and Quintessa Winery. Their work is characterized by a blend of traditional craftsmanship and artistic innovation, making them a trusted name in the industry.

Waterfall Towers is a 3-building complex totaling 95,056 square feet of Class A office space. The campus, located in the Eastside submarket, is situated on over five acres overlooking the hills of Santa Rosa. Situated in a park-like setting, it features a lake and dramatic fountain that creates a picturesque work environment. Waterfall Towers is located at the crossroads of Hwy 12 and Farmers Lane, with easy access to both Highways 12 and 101.
