Basin Street Properties Purchases Four Building Class A Office Portfolio in South Natomas

1.98 million square feet under management makes Basin Street the largest suburban commercial office property owner in the Sacramento Region.

Basin Street Properties, a prominent northern Nevada and northern California real estate investment, development, and management firm, has purchased Gateway Oaks, a four building, Class A, 316,901 square foot office campus. The campus is located in South Natomas, Sacramento’s most desirable suburban office submarket. Gateway Oaks is the tenth addition to Basin Street’s Sacramento Class A office portfolio and brings their total area under management in the region to 1.98 million square feet.   Basin Street Properties is now the largest suburban commercial office property owner in the Sacramento Region.

In addition, the buildings are Energy Star rated and LEED certified.
