Basin Street Properties is pleased to announce DUPAV Commercial’s President, Vincent Dupavillon, has been named our Broker of the Quarter for Q3 2024. This quarterly award, presented by Basin Street Properties, recognizes outstanding brokers with whom we are privileged to collaborate with, acknowledging their noteworthy contributions to our industry, communities, and the success of Basin Street. A $1,500 contribution to Vincent’s foundation of choice, Saint John’s Program for Real Change – Real Change for Mothers in Crisis, a nonprofit organization empowering mothers in crisis by providing comprehensive services, including housing, education, and employment training, to help them achieve self-sufficiency and transform their lives.

Vincent is the President of DUPAV Commercial, Inc., a conflict-free commercial real estate brokerage that specializes in representing tenants and owner-occupiers, primarily in office and flex space in California’s capitol city of Sacramento, CA.

Born, raised and educated in South Africa, Vincent started his U.S. real estate journey in 1999 at the Sacramento office of what was then the 4th largest Real Estate Investment Trust in the United States; Silicon Valley based – Spieker Properties.

In 2022, Vincent founded DUPAV Commercial to provide unbiased commercial real estate advisory services to businesses that rarely get a fair shake at the bargaining table – tenants and owner-occupiers. DUPAV Commercial’s goals include helping businesses reduce real estate errors they’re unaware will prove costly and free up their time to spend on what matters most – their core business.
