Basin Street Properties is pleased to announce JLL’s Vice President, Tony Sarno, has been named our Broker of the Quarter for Q4 2024. This quarterly award, presented by Basin Street Properties, recognizes outstanding brokers with whom we are privileged to collaborate with, acknowledging their noteworthy contributions to our industry, communities, and the success of Basin Street. A $1,500 contribution will be made to Tony’s foundation of choice, Petaluma National Little League.

As a Vice President out of JLL’s San Rafael office, Tony provides real estate advisory and brokerage services to clients throughout the North Bay. Tony works alongside The Dowling-Bracco Team members Glen Dowling, Jordan Lazor, Laura Duffy, Matt Bracco, Chris Neeb and Chris Burns, covering the office and industrial markets of Sonoma and Marin Counties.

Tony has been involved in commercial real estate in and around the North Bay for the past 20 years. Prior to joining JLL, Tony spent a combined nine years with Cushman & Wakefield Inc. and Keegan & Coppin. Prior to that, Basin Street was fortunate to have Tony spend four years working with us as a leasing manager.  These were valuable formative years for Tony and helped form a long-standing collaborative relationship between us.

Tony’s efforts and contributions extend well beyond his real estate efforts.  He served on the Board of Directors for the Petaluma Chamber of Commerce for nine years, where he was President from 2013-2014. Tony recently termed out of the Board of Directors for the Petaluma Health Center, where he had served since 2011, and was President for the final five years of his term. He was also 2015 Honoree of the North Bay’s Business Journal’s annual Forty under 40 award.  Tony lives in Petaluma with his wife, daughter and two sons.
