Basin Street Properties is pleased to announce Dickson Commercial Group Vice President, Patrick Riggs, has been named our Broker of the Quarter for Q2 2024. This quarterly award, presented by Basin Street Properties, recognizes outstanding brokers with whom we are privileged to collaborate with, acknowledging their noteworthy contributions to our industry, communities, and the success of Basin Street. A $1,500 contribution to Patrick’s foundation of choice, Junior Achievement of Northern Nevada, a nonprofit organization that provides financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and work-readiness education to students through hands-on programs and volunteer-led activities, accompanies the award.

Patrick Riggs is a Northern Nevada native who graduated from the University of Nevada with a bachelor’s degree in business management. Before joining Dickson Commercial Group (DCG), Patrick worked in the financial services industry, helping people with their investment and retirement plans. During that time, he earned his Nevada Life Insurance license and passed the Series 65 exam to become a licensed investment advisor in Nevada. In 2017, Patrick moved into commercial real estate with DCG.

At DCG, Patrick focuses primarily on office property sales and leasing. Since starting his career in commercial real estate, Patrick has completed over 350 sales and lease transactions. He enjoys working with some of Northern Nevada’s largest office property owners and investors, building strong relationships, and delivering results. In addition to his professional work, Patrick is a board member for Junior Achievement of Northern Nevada, where he contributes to the organization’s mission of inspiring and preparing young people to succeed in a global economy.
