Basin Street Properties is pleased to announce that Colliers Executive Vice President, Melissa Molyneaux, has been named our Broker of the Quarter for Q2 2025. This quarterly award, presented by Basin Street Properties, recognizes outstanding brokers with whom we are privileged to collaborate with, acknowledging their noteworthy contributions to our industry, communities, and the success of Basin Street. A $1,500 contribution will be made to Melissa’s foundation of choice, Dress for Success, a global nonprofit organization that empowers unemployed and underemployed women to achieve economic independence.

Melissa Molyneaux is an Executive Vice President with Colliers, specializing in office properties across the Reno–Sparks market. She provides landlord and tenant advisory services in both leasing and sales and consistently manages well over 600,000 square feet of office assignments at any given time. Since joining the firm in 2005, she has been involved in more than 1,160 transactions totaling nearly 8 million square feet of office space, emphasizing her deep expertise and substantial market presence.

Melissa is a top-producing broker who has earned acclaim throughout her career, including Gold–level awards in 2011–2012 and multiple Platinum level achievements from 2013 through 2025, and Everest status in 2022 and 2023 reflecting her placement among the top 10% of Colliers professionals nationwide. Her accolades include multiple Summit Awards, recognition as Overall Top Broker in Northern Nevada (2018), several Office Broker of the Year honors, and repeated listings as a CoStar Power Broker. In 2023, she was named one of GlobeSt.’s Women of Influence and honored with the award again in 2025 and was listed among Nevada Business Journal’s Women to Watch in 2023, further underscoring her leadership and influence in the region.
