Basin Street Properties is pleased to announce that JLL’s Senior Vice President, Bryan Huarte, has been named our Broker of the Quarter for Q1 2025. This quarterly award, presented by Basin Street Properties, recognizes outstanding brokers with whom we are privileged to collaborate with, acknowledging their noteworthy contributions to our industry, communities, and the success of Basin Street. A $1,500 contribution will be made to Bryan’s foundation of choice, the Center for Humane Technology.

Bryan Huarte joined JLL as a specialist in Sacramento office tenant representation in 2006. Prior to joining JLL, he worked as a consultant for Accenture in San Francisco. Throughout his career, Bryan has focused on building relationships through professionalism, attention to detail, and unmatched local market knowledge with a specialization in the tenant representation and agency work in the greater Sacramento market. He is able to utilize his technical and financial modeling expertise to add value to assignments. His responsibilities include strategy development and implementation, site identification, and lease negotiations.

His work includes a wide range of high-profile deals, with medical office tenants such as Kaiser Permanente, Satellite Healthcare and Spring Fertility, engineering tenants such as Degenkolb, Stantec and Psomas, and various non-profits throughout the local market. Bryan’s ability to navigate complex deals with clarity and precision has made him a go-to advisor for clients across industries.

Bryan attended the University of Notre Dame where he received Bachelor of the Arts degrees in Finance and Computer Applications. He completed the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) training to begin his real estate career in Sacramento. He enjoys traveling with family whenever possible and following his kids to youth sports and other events.
