Basin Street Properties is pleased to announce Cushman & Wakefield Executive Managing Director Kevin Partington has been named the Broker of the Quarter for Q2 2023.  This quarterly award presented by Basin Street highlights the exceptional brokers we are fortunate to work with and their contributions to our industry, their communities, and Basin Street’s success.  A $1,500 contribution to Kevin’s foundation of choice, Jenna & Patrick’s Foundation of Hope, accompanies the award.

Kevin is a 29-year veteran who began his commercial real estate career in 1994 with Colliers International. In 2011, he joined Cushman & Wakefield and since then he has participated in over 786 transactions totaling more than ±6.9 million square feet. Kevin was ranked the number one Office producer in the Sacramento Region in 2019 and has consistently been a top producer in the Sacramento Cushman & Wakefield office over the past 12 years.

When not helping lead the Sacramento office real estate market, Kevin is the President of Jenna & Patrick’s Foundation of Hope. “In 2006, our kids Jenna and Patrick were diagnosed with the exceptionally rare disease Cystinosis,” said Partington. “With little to no funding and limited research focused on the disease we realized our children’s lives and the lives of other children afflicted by Cystinosis relied on our ability to organize and fundraise.  That lead my wife Teresa and I to form Jenna and Patrick’s Foundation of Hope, and through the generosity and support of the incredible Sacramento community and beyond, we have raised over $5 million for research.  The results of this research are helping our children and many others lead longer and relatively normal lives.”
