RENO, NV (APRIL 3, 2023) Basin Street Properties is pleased to announce Newmark Director Alisa Belew has been named the inaugural Broker of the Quarter for Q1 2023.  This new, quarterly award presented by Basin Street highlights the exceptional brokers we are fortunate to work with and their contributions to our industry, their communities, and Basin Street’s success.  A $1,500 contribution to Alisa’s charity of choice, Marin Foster Care, accompanies the award.

Alisa has been instrumental in securing over 60,000 square feet in lease transactions with Basin Street at our Shoreline Office Center over the past year. Her tenacity, market knowledge, and exceptional customer service have led to successful results for both her clients and Basin Street Properties. She was one of Newmark’s top North Bay producers last year with over 80 transactions completed.  When not closing deals for Basin Street, Alisa is a certified Irish dance teacher (T.C.R.G.) at her family’s school, the Healy School of Irish Dance and volunteers at her children’s’ Novato grammar school.

“When I’m not being mama to my two awesome kids, Ryan (10) and Teagan (8), I’m the fifth generation to teach dance through my family’s school, established in 1870, and we hold the record for the longest running Irish Dance school in the world,” said Alisa. “We perform for the Giants Irish Heritage nights, march in the San Francisco St. Patrick’s Day Parade, and compete locally and globally, with dancers competing at the highest international level.”
