We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Leasing Associate to join our commercial real estate team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled professional who excels in teamwork, collaboration and is goal driven. The Leasing Associate role plays a crucial role in our organization, serving as the primary manager of third-party real estate brokers, and working with our Property Managers, Construction and Marketing to procure and retain tenants. Responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks, from developing market strategies and negotiating leases to analyzing market trends and developing financial analysis for commercial properties.
Job Responsibilities:
· Manage 3rd party commercial real estate brokers
· Negotiate lease terms
· Develop and implement marketing strategies
· Analyze market trends and prepare comprehensive reports
· Build and maintain strong relationships with broker, tenants, and industry professionals
· Perform financial analyses
· Manage lease administration, including renewals and compliance
· Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth transactions
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in commercial real estate, specifically in commercial leasing
· Strong communication skills
· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data
· Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities
· Proficiency in relevant software, including Yardi and digital marketing tools
· Real estate license and relevant certifications preferred
Education and Experience Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate (preferably) or business, marketing, or other related field
· 3 years Commercial Real Estate experience
· California Real Estate License

Other Information:
· Pay Range: $105,000.00 to $125,000.00
· Eligible to participate in our discretionary bonus program

· Full time position, Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
· Must legally be allowed to work in the U.S.
