We are seeking a results-oriented Commercial Leasing Associate to support leasing operations across our North Bay portfolio. The successful candidate will oversee third-party brokerage teams and collaborate with internal departments including Property Management, Construction, and Marketing to attract and retain high-quality tenants.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate third-party commercial real estate brokers
• Negotiate lease terms, renewals, and amendments
• Develop and implement property-specific marketing strategies
• Conduct market research and prepare analytical reports
• Maintain strong relationships with brokers, tenants, and industry stakeholders
• Support leasing-related initiatives across cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Analytical and detail-oriented with a strategic mindset
• California Real Estate License (preferred)

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of commercial real estate leasing experience

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $75,000 to $125,000 annually, depending on prior experience and skill level
• Eligible for discretionary bonus program
• 3 weeks paid time off (PTO) plus paid holidays

• Exempt, full-time position
• Local travel required
