2024 Broker Leasing Contest

We’re excited for the return of our cross market broker leasing contest. Every 1,000 square feet leased in 2024 gets you an entry into our 2025 Spring Training Getaway. On January 8th we will draw two winners from each of our markets (Petaluma, Reno, Sacramento, Santa Rosa).

The winners receive a 3-day trip to 2025 Spring Training in Scottsdale, AZ. Travel, lodging and dining expenses paid. Winners will be announced January 8th, 2025.

Details:

2025 Spring Training Trip – Every 1,000 square feet leased in 2024 gets you an entry in the drawing. Two winners will be drawn from each market.
Winners will be announced Wednesday January 8th, 2025.
Broker must be the tenant representative on the new lease to qualify for the square footage entry.
Only one broker per deal may receive credit for the square footage leased.
Spring Training travel dates to Scottsdale: The 3-day trip will be scheduled between 2/26/25 and 3/23/25. Exact date will firm up as we get closer to the event.
