Terrain Pharmaceuticals Expands In Reno With New Offices at 50 West Liberty
Reno, NV (date May 18, 2016) – Basin Street Properties, a prominent Northern Nevada real estate investor and developer, has signed a lease with Terrain Pharmaceuticals for 1,416 square feet in its 50 West Liberty building in downtown Reno.
Terrain Pharmaceuticals joins five other companies opening or expanding offices in Downtown Reno, capturing over 30,000 square feet of available space in 2016. “It is exciting to see an FDA registered pharmaceutical company incubate and grow in Reno,” said Par Tolles, President of Basin Street Properties. “It shows a growing diversification of business industries in Reno, which creates greater opportunity and economic stability for the region.”
